How do I get started?
After you sign up and make your first payment, you’ll receive a welcome email with a short questionnaire about your goals, training history, and schedule. Once you complete it, I’ll build your first plan and send it to you, usually within 48 hours, so you can start training right away.What happens after I pay?
You’ll get instant confirmation and a welcome email with next steps. You’ll fill out a quick rider profile (goals, availability, power/HR files, etc.). Your first personalised training plan will be delivered within 48 hours, and you’ll know exactly how to start.Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, all coaching is billed month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription yourself through Stripe or just email me any time before your next billing date.Do I need a power meter or heart-rate monitor?
A power meter or heart-rate monitor helps make training more precise, but it’s not required. I can build effective plans using RPE (perceived effort) if you don’t have those devices.Is this suitable for triathletes?
Yes. I coach both cyclists and triathletes. The bike-focused training can be integrated with your swim and run sessions, and the Pro Racer plan includes race fueling and aero/equipment guidance tailored for triathlon.How do you review my training files?
I can review your rides through Strava (just share access) or in TrainingPeaks. Either way, I’ll analyze your power/HR data, pacing, and effort to guide your next block of training.
How will I get my training plan?
I deliver plans either by email (simple PDF/Google doc schedule) or directly in TrainingPeaks if you prefer using the app. You don’t need TrainingPeaks Premium — the free version works fine.How long until I see results?
Most riders notice improvements in fitness, pacing and confidence within 6–8 weeks if they follow the plan consistently and communicate regularly. Progress depends on your current fitness, training time and lifestyle.What if I have limited training time?
That’s fine, I’ll tailor your plan around your available hours, focusing on quality sessions that give the best return on your time.Do you offer refunds?
Because plans are custom-built, payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. You can cancel any time to avoid future charges.How much contact do I get with you?
